Carolyn Jenkinson is Deputy Director of Regulatory Leadership for Secondary and Specialist Healthcare at the Care Quality Commission. Carolyn is also a Registered Nurse and is a fitness to practice panel member for the NMC. Carolyn has worked in regulation for the past 16 years, with a very recent year out to work back in the NHS as an Improvement Director. She is passionate about raising standards of care and treatment for people using services.
