As managing director, Tom is part of the senior leadership team responsible for running and growing the business, building long-lasting relationships with our clients, and raising Carterwood’s profile in the sector. Tom joined Carterwood in 2010 and is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in the social care sector.
Tom works closely with Carterwood’s clients to assist with commercial due diligence, obtaining planning permission, improving the performance of existing services, and setting future strategy for groups and portfolios.
