Tina is the General Secretary of the Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries.
She has held senior roles at Towergate Insurance as Managing Director of their Health and Protection business and Howden Insurance Group as Executive Director & Global Practice Leader for their Employee Benefits & Wellbeing business. She has also worked as Chief Commercial Officer for the life stage health technology business Syrona Health and an Advisory Board Member for Truthsayers Ltd, a people analytics business that developed the first employer-focused Neurotech(r) solution companies use today.
During her career, she has positively influenced the overall strategic direction of many businesses within the financial services industry in Commercial Insurance, Corporate and Personal Pension, Compliance Consulting, Mortgage Broking and Employee Benefits. And through this, she has gained a wide range of leadership experience in M&A activity, change programmes and management buy-outs. Tina lives in Hampshire with her dog Kiera. She is a keen skier and likes nothing more than rewarding herself with a good glass of vino after a long day on the slopes.
