Richard Davey

Richard Davey is Reputation’s Director of EMEA Customer Success. Richard oversees the EMEA customer success department, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and that Reputation’s clients are seeing the best results from their CX programmes. Before Richard joined the business in April 2021, he held senior roles at brands such as Rant & Rave, OCR, and nPower. Richard holds a BA (Hons.) from the University of York, and an MSc in Social Research Methods from Loughborough University.
