Jon Glasby is Professor of Health and Social Care at the University of Birmingham, and Director of IMPACT, the UK centre for implementing evidence in adult social care. Jon initially trained as a social worker, and in 2022 was a special adviser to the House of Lords Adult Social Care Committee.
