Jane joined LifeCare Residences as CEO in 2022. She brings extensive international experience, with over 25 years in the health sector. Having grown up in South Africa, Jane moved into leadership and management roles in health in NZ – notably retirement villages and nursing homes including responsibility for achieving results in a listed environment. Prior to this, Jane led teams in development, construction, retirement and nursing care living. She is enthusiastic to share her passion for working with people to inspire and enhance the lives of residents.
