In 2010, HFHC pioneered a data driven approach and linked One Team methodology, to deliver a data informed new model of care. Hugo is currently focusing on a number of strategic partnerships with other forward thinking organisations that are committed to adopting this successful ground breaking approach. Their evolving data informed delivery models encompass Health, Social Care, specialist education and the criminal justice sectors.
