Ben is the Head of Investment, Later living at Legal & General Capital where he is responsible for their existing investments into the later living sector as well as the long-term investment strategy.
Ben is board member on the Inspired Villages JV, a £500m joint venture between Legal & General Capital and NatWest Pension Funds which aims to grow the portfolio to 5,000 homes over the next 15-years.
Ben has over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector with a career spanning the design, construction, advisory and investment sectors. Prior to joining Legal & General, Ben was a Senior Director at CBRE where he led their senior housing business in the UK.
