Andrew leads the Strategic Advisory service within the National Valuation Team based in London and working with the regional teams in Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow. He has over 35 years’ experience advising a range of banks, investors, operators and developers across the full spectrum of the care sector to include care homes, specialist care, medical centres, hospitals, day nurseries, retirement villages and assisted living.
He specialises in the Later Living and Charitable sectors bringing a wealth of experience in working with operators and stakeholders delivering on strategic advice, value add options and connecting our clients into the wider CBRE services. He is a regular speaker and commentator on the sector and a Trustee of a care home charity.
Andrew is a member of the Older People’s Housing Taskforce and Co-leads one of the three Workstreams.
