Andrew Rome is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has extensive experience of ownership and operation of independent sector children’s services acquired over 20 years.
As Revolution Consulting he is consulted by all parts of the sector, including local authority commissioners, provider representative bodies, the Local Government Association and the Department for Education.
Published works include annual studies of profitability and risk of the largest children’s services providers, annual surveys of independent sector children’s homes providers, and statistical analysis of government returns.
