Great women leaders are at the helm of some of the most successful health and social care businesses, but are they achieving the same profile as their male counterparts? LaingBuisson has always found it far more difficult to attract women to speak at our events than men, even in recent years, but why? We believe it’s high time this question was taken seriously and are proud to launch our steering group, led by LaingBuisson’s Managing Director Hina Choksy Evans, and introduce our Women in Health event series. Our aim is to increase the visibility and influence of women working in senior roles across health and social care by fostering a supportive community where they can make meaningful connections, share learning and build on their success.
