Tony is a Director and Head of Healthcare at Puma Property Finance – he is responsible for originating, underwriting and executing development finance loans across the UK, with a particular focus in the healthcare sector.
Tony has facilitated the development of over 25 purpose-built supported living schemes, several retirement living schemes, special education needs schools and day nurseries, and has been instrumental in funding the development of over 30 new purpose-built care homes; delivering over 2,300 new beds, including 8 new schemes in the in 2023.
