Toby is a partner in DAC Beachcroft’s banking and finance team with more than 20 years of experience providing legal advice on all types of debt and structured finance transactions, including acting for leading healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the health and social care sector.
In addition, Toby has worked with various market participants including private equity sponsors, senior and junior lenders (including alternative credit providers) and strategic investors. Toby’s finance experience means he is well positioned to understand the key priorities which drive investors in the social care space.
