Tim is a partner and leads Anthony Collins Solicitors’ regulatory team. His work predominantly relates to advising and representing clients in the health and social care and social housing sectors. He has particular experience in advising social care and housing providers about their health and safety and regulatory obligations and enforcement action taken by the CQC and HSE. In addition, he has represented clients in some of the most complex and high profile inquests and public inquiries.
