Theodore has worked in conference production and event design since 2021, initially working on a number of defence and government conferencing roles before moving to LaingBuisson as the Conference Director. His previous roles including the planning and running of conferences on Armoured Vehicle and Counter-Drone Technology have given him a broad understanding of the often complex relationship between the public and private sectors and the challenges faced by industrial partners in meeting the needs of a rapidly changing global environment.
