Sylvester has nearly 20 years’ of M&A experience and advises a range of clients active in the healthcare services, health tech and life sciences tech sectors.
Sylvester started his M&A career in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs International
Prior to joining EY, Sylvester was a Corporate Finance Partner and Head of Healthcare M&A at Smith Square Partners
Sylvester has an MA (Hons) in Classics from the University of Cambridge and is a chartered accountant (ACA).
