HC-One is the UK’s largest dementia and nursing care home provider with homes across Britain. As Chief Operations Officer, Stephen supports the quality and performance of HC-One’s care homes to ensure residents are supported to lead their best lives.
Stephen has been with HC-One since 2012, undertaking a number of senior leadership roles before his current one of COO, including Head of High Impact Projects, Managing Director, and Executive Director for Operations.
Stephen started his career in IT in the manufacturing and construction industry, leading UK and international support and project teams before his move into the health and social care sector.
