Sonia has over 20 years’ experience in HR and has been running Nectar HR since 2011. Sonia’s passion is HR delivered with excellence and a pet hate is ‘generic off the shelf’ HR solutions. Sonia is passionate about the Health and Social Care sector, with a lot of Nectar HR’s client base operating in these sectors.
Sonia and the team at Nectar HR are all CQC experts and regularly support their clients in preparations and inspections. As well as this, Sonia is an expert in strategic and operational HR.
