Sebastian Rees is a Senior Researcher at Reform, the independent public services think tank. He leads Reform’s ‘Reimagining Health’ research programme which focuses on how to build a health system fit for the challenges of the coming decades. He has recently published work on pressures in A&E and comparative research on health systems internationally.
