Sarah Wakeling is the founder and CEO of Positive Support Group, a behavioural support organisation supporting children and adults with complex behaviour presentations. She is a psychologist and behaviour analyst and uses Positive Behaviour Support and Positive Psychology in her approach to behaviour change and improvement in quality of life.
Her organisation has a team of approx. 80 PBS practitioners across England supporting care organisations providing care and support to this complex client group and partnering with the NHS and LAs to provide services directly to people and their families / carers.
