Ruth is Operations Director for Stow Healthcare, an award winning family run group that acquires and turns around failed care homes. Four homes are rated Outstanding by CQC. Ruth is a Non-Executive Director of the Outstanding Society and a recipient of the Gold Chief Nurse Award.
