Richard has over thirty years’ experience in social care as a Home Manager, Operations Director, and Governance Lead. Over the last two years, he’s been supporting Care Leaders across the North of England in their professional development as part of the My Home Life team. He’s passionate about collaborating with staff teams, the people they support and the wider community to create services that enrich, empower, and enable.
