Peter leads ProMatura Europe currently with clients in UK, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus comprising land owners, developers, operators and investors. Over 38 years, ProMatura has pioneered the use of consumer insights to inform critical decisions in the supply of age-qualified property.
Peter is co-author of several market reports including the UK Retirement Communities: Customer Insight Report for ARCO 2019 and Do the British want to live in IRC’s 2022?. Peter is also Executive Chairman of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) and principle adviser to the UK Government for outbound cross-border property policy and practices. Peter has previously lived and worked in the Middle East and Spain working in estate agency, publishing and alternative investments.
