Paul is an experienced health and life science policy expert. He spent 10 years in UK government with a focus on clinical research, market access and adoption of health innovation. This was followed by a short secondment in the NHS before taking up his current role as lead for Life Sciences and Health Policy at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. At TBI, his work focuses on the future of health and care, the link between health and wealth, and opportunities for the UK and global life science sectors. He is passionate about the potential for governments and the private sector to work together to address healthcare challenges.
