
Nina Allen founded Austen Allen Homecare in 2011, growing it into an award‑winning community care provider employing over 120 staff across Kent and Medway, delivering services commissioned by local authorities and the NHS, with a fifth branch opening this year. She is a regular contributor to MP roundtables and sector panels, advocating for closer integration between health and community‑based care.
More recently, Nina has become a health‑tech founder reshaping health and social integration through the development of a digital platform designed to empower people to regain independence faster and give commissioners clearer visibility of outcomes.
She completed her MBA with Distinction in 2024 and serves as a director on the board of the Kent Integrated Care Association.
