Nigel is an award-winning Director, with over 30 years’ leadership and operational management experience in the public sector. He is a Transformation leader and expert in a range of Business Improvement and Operational Efficiency techniques across Health & Social Care. He has a specific interest in digital transformation and has worked with a range of provider and commissioning organisations designing new operating models and maximising benefits. Prior to joining Caja Nigel held senior Director roles at iMPOWER and Capita’s Health & Social Care businesses.
