Nick is Chief Strategy Officer at Cora Health, where he plays a central role in shaping the group’s long-term strategy, organisational growth, and post-merger integration. A clinician by background, he brings nearly two decades of NHS experience alongside senior leadership roles in the independent healthcare.
As Co-founder and former CEO of Healthshare, Nick was instrumental in building and scaling one of the organisations that now form Cora Health—vertically integrating community MSK through its expansion into community diagnostics, day-case and outpatient interventional care.
At Cora, Nick works closely with the executive management team and is focused on advancing a digital-first, pathway-led model of care. Operating upstream of acute settings, Cora acts as a pathway provider—using data and AI to improve triage, optimise clinical decision-making, and redesign patient journeys to deliver better patient outcomes and improved access to care. This approach reduces unnecessary interventions, improves system flow, and lowers the carbon impact of care.
He has also led the adoption of low-carbon technologies such as helium-free MRI, alongside broader service transformation that demonstrates how early pathway intervention can unlock system-wide benefits downstream.
Nick brings a practical, system-level perspective on what it takes to translate the ambition of AI-enabled, low-carbon healthcare into operational reality—drawing on lived experience of delivering pathway transformation at scale.
