Nick Sanderson is CEO of Audley Group the UK’s largest developer and operator of luxury retirement villages. In the 1980’s he co-founded, operated, and then sold Beaumont Healthcare, one of the first corporate providers of private pay nursing care homes. In the early nineties, Nick created Audley to develop a portfolio of private retirement villages.
Audley now has 21 schemes in its programme with nearly 2500 units with a GDV approaching £1bn. The company has over 2500 customers and over 850 staff. Audley, together with its largest investor PFA, launched Evia Living in 2020 to introduce Audley quality retirement villages to Denmark.
