Natalie is an experienced regulator and CQC’s organisational lead for housing. She also leads the team looking at the regulation of supported living. During the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic Natalie was seconded to the Department of Health and Social Care and worked providing support to the sector. Prior to joining CQC Natalie had extensive experience of working with people with learning disabilities and managing award winning service provision.
