Martin Robb is the Head of UK Real Estate for North West Healthcare REIT, a Canadian investor with around $10 billion invested in the care sector globally. Martin advised North West on their entry into the UK market in early 2020 and the fund now has around £600 million under management in the private hospital market. Prior to joining North West, Martin worked for 25 years as a specialist real estate valuer in the healthcare industry, most recently having set up the award winning Healthcare Advisory business at Cushman & Wakefield.
