Mark Slack is a co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of CMR Surgical, the company behind Versius®, a next-generation surgical robotic system. Mark is a Consultant Gynaecologist with a strong background in clinical and translational research. He has continued to pursue a combined clinical and academic career and has a strong interest in basic science research.
Mark established the Urogynaecology service at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and is on the Editorial Board for the journal ‘BMJ Surgery, Innovation and Health Technology’. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is on the staff of the clinical school of medicine at the University of Cambridge.
