Mark Emerton

Mark trained in Oxford and became a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Leeds in 1999.  As clinical director he established the elective orthopaedic unit in Leeds and subsequently held national roles in both quality improvement and patient safety. He joined HBSUK as CMO in 2019 and has been instrumental in the development of the Virtual LIUCY service.
