With a wealth of knowledge and experience in both Franchising and social care, she is passionate about assisting in driving the much-needed change our sector needs to see. Lucy is also an award-winning franchisor, having won the EWIF Franchisor award for 3 consecutive years, and was named Businesswoman of the Year 2023 at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards.
