Louisa Chaves is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting in London and a leader in the firm’s European Healthcare Services practice.
She advises corporate and private equity clients on growth strategy, M&A and value creation across healthcare services, with particular expertise in UK social care and occupational health. She works closely with investors and management teams to scale platforms, navigate system complexity, and deliver improved outcomes for patients and workforce populations, particularly in fragmented and capacity-constrained parts of the market.
She holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.
