Lisa Jefferies joined as Chief People Officer for the Ramsay Group in the UK on 6 February 2023. Lisa joined the team to help achieve Ramsay goals and growth plans in the UK.
Lisa, previously Group HR Director at Audley Group, has a 25-year career as a HR professional across multiple industries including retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and the care sector. Lisa has experience of managing and working within; complex teams across multiple disciplines, managing care operations, environmental, social and governance leadership at board level.
