Lisa Dittmar is a senior sustainability leader whose work on environmental sustainability transformation at HCA Healthcare UK helped them earn the 2025 LaingBuisson Excellence in Healthcare Sustainability Award. She brings an “environment‑thinking” approach to solving real challenges today while also taking a long‑term, future‑patient (and planet) view. Prior to joining HCA UK, she led the healthcare practice for Deloitte’s Net Zero Transformation team and ran the Sustainable Supplier Engagement programme for NHS England.
