An experienced care home operator with an extensive clinical and director/CEO background in the UK and abroad in the commercial, charitable and NHS arenas. Current research into care home inspection systems worldwide. Chaired the development of Adult Residential Care Standard BS8606:19 and is developing standards for care homes for the International Standards Organization.
