Kevin has over 25 years real estate experience, is an FCA senior manager and holds a master’s from Oxford Brookes School of the Built Environment. He joined Octopus Real Estate in 2018 as a member of the Executive Management Team to head up senior living investment strategies and sit on Investment Committee. He is responsible for both investing and raising funds to facilitate the development of high-quality retirement communities that meet the aspirations of the UK’s ageing population.
Kevin leads an award-winning senior living investment team who have delivered the first UK retirement living fund, the Schroders/Octopus Retirement Living Fund (ReLF) which through joint ventures is invested in the highest quality portfolio with a GDV of C£700m working with partners such as Audley Group and Elysian Residences.
Kevin and team also work with senior debt providers in sourcing c£400m of senior development debt and manages the Fern (Octopus managed fund) retirement positions including the direct Rangeford Holdings strategy through which he is currently working to invest a further C£300m in into developing new communities.
Kevin was one of the founders of ARCO, the trade body for Integrated retirement communities, in 2011.
As an Executive Board Member of OHG, He has served as an advisory board member for the Homes and Communities Agency (Homes England) and spent five years on the National Housing Federations development committee.
