Kayleigh Hartigan is the Founder & CEO of SEEN, the execution layer for self-pay healthcare, starting with assisted fertility. Over two decades she has built healthcare systems and scaled health tech across Europe and the US – including as CCO of ZAVA (exited to Hims & Hers) and VP & Chief of Staff at HealthHero, Europe’s largest digital health provider. She designed NHS health systems for the CEO, founded Marwood Group’s European M&A practice advising large-cap PE on healthcare investments, and began her career in policy at the Department of Health, WHO and DfID.
