Karen has held leadership roles in the health industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about customer experience and firmly believes that customers should have access to the best healthcare and treatment. Karen has a passion for growing the private healthcare market and works closely with all areas within The Exeter to ensure that customer experience is the best it can be, for both advisers and customers. She has represented The Exeter at The Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries, The Diversity and Inclusion Financial Forum and The Association of British Insurers.
