Kam Gill is the Managing Director and Registered Manager of Walfinch Oxfordshire. She began her career after graduating from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff with a BSc in Dental Technology in 2000, initially working as a dental technician.
Following several years living in India and raising her family, Kam returned to the UK, where she ran a paper shop in Wales before resuming her work in dental technology. Seeking a new challenge, she later moved into the care sector through part-time care work, quickly discovering a strong passion for supporting others.
Her career in social care progressed through recruitment and operational office roles, leading to the completion of her Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Today, Kam leads Walfinch Oxfordshire and is currently working towards her Level 7 qualification.
She is particularly passionate about developing and supporting her team, helping colleagues grow in confidence and progress in their careers within the care sector.
