John provides strategic advice at board level to a wide range of health and social care organisations including many of the largest operators and key sector bodies. John’s experience gained over 30 years working in the care sector includes advice on governance, risk management, contracting, portfolio management, funding and large-scale transfers of community care facilities. John’s main focus is now on the provision of strategic advice and the delivery of large-scale and business-critical projects for care providers.
