Joe McLoughlin is the Managing Director of Astraline and is backed by a strong Astraline Board and Exec Team.
Astraline is a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnnie Johnson Housing (JJH), and Joe is also a member of the JJH Exec Team. Astraline is a national technology enabled care service business mobilising life-saving interventions 24/7/365.
Joe is the national service representative of the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Services Association ‘Quality Improvement Programme Board’ and chairs the Greater Manchester Housing Providers TEC Strategy Working Group. Joe holds an MSc in Housing and Social Administration from the London School of Economics.
