Joanna Scammell is the Managing Director for Technology Enabled Care for national social care charity, Community Integrated Care and its technology subsidiary, Ingle. In her role, she leads on the development and implementation of technology enabled solutions for people supported by the organisation and colleagues accessing care systems, across England and Scotland.
With a passion for technology and a doctorate in research, Joanna led the development of a Virtual Care Centre, the deployment of an integrated care record and established a care coordination centre using workflow technology. Joanna also co-chairs the National Care Forum’s ‘Digital Transformation Forum’, encouraging shared learning and opportunities in digital, across the sector.
