Jeremy Richardson became CEO of brighterkind in 2014 and was appointed as Chief Executive for the whole Four Seasons Health Care Group in December 2019. Jeremy came into care from the hospitality sector where he held a number of senior positions including Executive Chairman at Menzies Hotels, Main Board Director at Bourne Leisure, owner of Haven Holidays and founder of Kew Green Hotels, a business he and a colleague built from start up to become one of Europe’s leading hotel franchise companies owning and operating 26 hotels under a number of brands such as Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and Courtyard by Marriott. Jeremy started his career in venture capital with NatWest Ventures, now Bridgepoint and as a consultant at international strategy consultants Bain & Co. Jeremy is also a Non-Executive Director at the Goodwood Estate.
