Jason is the head of international private equity and a corporate partner at CMS. He is an active practitioner in the health and social care sectors and has advised the widest range of clients in these areas for over 25 years. Jason also has experience as an operator in the primary care sector and social care sectors – which experience allows him to provide advice to his clients in a commercial context and which also engenders the greatest respect for operators in the sector – Jason is firmly of the view that it is easier to advise the market than to operate in it!
