Jane joined Helping Hands as Chair in November 2022, having worked in the care sector for over 25 years, including with Anchor where she was CEO 2010 to 2022.
Founded in 1989 Helping Hands has 150 branches across England and Wales, with over 3,000 carers supporting 8,000 clients through visiting and live in services.
Jane won the Laing & Buisson “Lifetime Achievement Award” in 2021 for impact in the sector. She was appointed a CBE in 2015 for services to older people.
