Jamie has built over 30 years’ worth of expertise in property – spanning both construction and development. His experience of the sector and vision for the future of later living was central to the formation of Inspired Villages.
He co-created English Care Village Partnership in 2010 and guided it through a joint venture arrangement with Places for People before establishing Inspired Villages from the sale of the joint venture to Legal & General in 2017, and the subsequent acquisition of Renaissance Villages.
