Isaac Samuels OBE FRSA is a nationally recognised lived experience leader, speaker, facilitator and changemaker working across health, social care, disability, mental health and community leadership. Their work is rooted in storytelling, co-production and social justice, with a strong focus on shifting power, improving inclusion and creating systems that genuinely listen to people’s lived realities.
Drawing on both personal and professional experience, Isaac works with organisations, communities and national partners to help shape more compassionate, human and equitable approaches to care and support. Much of their work centres on amplifying voices that are too often unheard, particularly people who have experienced exclusion, inequality, trauma or barriers within services.
Isaac is especially passionate about the intersection between care, humanity and social impact, helping organisations think beyond process and towards relationships, dignity, belonging and meaningful connection. Their work often explores how storytelling and lived experience can help reshape cultures of care, challenge inequality and build more emotionally intelligent and inclusive systems.
