System lead for older people’s commissioning in health and care integrated commissioning team, including Better Care Fund since 2021. Previously NHS joint commissioning lead for older people, and hospital flow and before that Head of Mental Health & Learning Disability. Started work in homelessness at Southampton CC and then in the Rough Sleepers Initiative in London. 12 years then working in housing and debt advice running a legal aid franchise in Westminster before moving into Family Mediation in Oxfordshire and then into the NHS initially as Practice Manager of a specialist centre for homeless people.
